Mrs. Olech graduated from Cornell University (B.S. 1980); University of North Carolina at Greensboro (M.S. 1986) and Western New England College, School of Law (J.D. 1991). She is a member of the Central New York Estate Planning Council, Onondaga County Bar Association, Central New York Women's Bar Association and New York State Bar Association (member, Trust & Estates Section and Elder Law Section). She was also a member and Note Editor of the Western New England Law Review. Mrs. Olech has spoken and authored materials on business planning and estate planning topics.
